Pin the old fabric to the new fabric on a flat surface and cut around the pattern to make new pieces for the seat and back. Remove the pins when you finish this step. Once again, use this foam as a pattern for new pieces. Cut new foam with the old one as the pattern. Stick the new foam firmly to the child’s rocking chair.
